Description: Today I am presenting with you the famous Kadhai Chicken. The dish is started in the Indian subcontinent. It is very well noted in North Indian and Pakistani cuisine. In the Pakistani version, capsicum and onion are not used but at the same time in the Indian version, capsicum is the key ingredient. In this video, I am going to cook Kadhai Chicken in the easiest simple way. So let's get started. Ingredients: 500 grams of boneless chicken, buds of a big sized onion, dice of big sized capsicum, 1 roughly chopped big sized onion, 2 roughly chopped big-sized tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of Kasoori Methi (dry fenugreek leaves), a half teaspoon of turmeric powder, a half teaspoon coriander powder, a half teaspoon of cumin powder, a half teaspoon of fennel powder, a half tablespoon of Kashmiri chili powder, a half teaspoon of garam masala powder, red chili powder as per taste, salt as per taste, an approx quarter cup of vegetable oil, a cube of butter, a piece of cinnamon, a bay leaf, 1 black cardamom, 2 whole red chilies, 8-10 peppercorns, 4-5 cloves, and fresh coriander leaves to garnish.
